Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or other search detail into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Shelby County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply details may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization except when disclosure is legally required.
